Terms: Payable 30 days in advance.

Appraisal Price:$5,025
Payment:$752 for first month, $502 each month thereafter for 11 additional months.
The Domain Name is yours and will be transferred after your 12th payment.
Minimum lease to purchase term: One year (12 calendar months).
